The CX8360 is a 30V/6A DC-DC buck converter with integrated dual N-channel power transistors. It employs an advanced COT architecture, enabling the chip to deliver high-performance load response and input voltage regulation capability.
The CX8360 incorporates a 40mΩ high-side and 30mΩ low-side MOSFET, supporting up to 6A output current. It features a constant-current and precise constant-voltage control loop to achieve excellent load regulation and line regulation.
The CX8360 supports DC 4.8-30V input and DC 2.5-25V output.
Multiple protection features are integrated: input overvoltage and undervoltage protection, cycle-by-cycle current detection, output short-circuit protection, output overcurrent protection, and overtemperature protection.
