Overview

The CX75GD080BL is a high-frequency, high-performance quasi-resonant AC-DC power switch with an integrated high-voltage GaNFET power device. It is designed for isolated flyback switching power supplies targeting high performance, low standby power, low cost, and high efficiency within 27W.

 

The CX75GD080BL features an operating frequency of up to 200kHz and can operate in quasi-resonant mode across the entire range. Under light load conditions, it enters burst mode to enhance efficiency, minimizing audio noise components below 23kHz and eliminating audible noise during operation.

 

The CX75GD080BL integrates comprehensive protection features, including: Vcc Under-Voltage Lockout (UVLO), Vcc Over-Voltage Protection (Vcc_OVP), Input Under/Over-Voltage Protection, Output Over-Voltage Protection (VO_OVP), FB Open/Short Circuit Protection, Secondary-Side SR Short Circuit Protection, and CS Open/Short Circuit Protection.

 

The CX75GD080BL provides excellent electromagnetic interference (EMI) performance, offering an excellent design platform for cost-effective flyback switching power supply systems requiring ultra-low standby power consumption.
