Overview

The CX8560 is a wide-input voltage switching buck DC-DC converter capable of operating in either CV (constant voltage) or CC (constant current) mode. It features a maximum input voltage rating of 66V and operates within an input voltage range of 8.5V to 55V.

The CX8560 incorporates two high-voltage power MOSFETs with high-side on-resistance of 50mΩ and low-side on-resistance of 30mΩ, delivering up to 3.6A of continuous output current.

No external compensation is required; line compensation and constant current can be set via external resistors.

Packaged in an SOP-8, the CX8560 features minimal external components, making it ideal for wide-input DC-DC buck applications.
