CX2965C supports LINKTM multi chip interconnection patented technology and can communicate between chips through bus interconnection. By using this unique interconnection technology, it can be flexibly applied to multiple USB charging port devices, providing a simple and cost-effective solution for multi-port charging devices.
The built-in TYPE-C protocol of CX2965C can support TYPE-C devices to be inserted into the automatic wake-up system, intelligently recognize the forward and reverse insertion of plugs, and achieve connection. The integrated TYPE-C PD3.0 protocol supports Bidirectional Markup Coding (BMC), integrates hardware's physical layer protocol and protocol engine, and does not require software to participate in encoding and decoding.
CX2965C supports a maximum output power of 65W, and the broadcast PDO voltage can be configured as 5V/9V/12V/15V/20V. The APDO voltage can be selected from two levels of 5V Prog/9V Prog/15V Prog/20V Prog, and the APDO voltage range can be flexibly configured.
CX2965C achieves dynamic voltage regulation through a Sink/Source current source connected to the feedback pins of AC-DC or DC-DC. It has a soft start function during both startup and voltage regulation processes, achieving smooth voltage transition.
