Summary:

CX7502A is a high-performance multi-mode primary control switching power supply chip with built-in high-voltage BJT power switch transistor. The chip designs high-performance AC/DC conversion switching power supplies with fewer peripheral components and lower system costs.

CX7502A provide extremely comprehensive and high-performance intelligent protection functions, including cycle by cycle overcurrent protection, soft start, chip over temperature protection, output overvoltage protection, VDD undervoltage locking protection, and VDD overvoltage locking protection.

CX7502A provide precise constant voltage, constant current (CV/CC) output, without the need for optocouplers, secondary control circuits, and loop compensation circuits, while maintaining good stability. The chip can achieve good output voltage regulation and high average efficiency, as well as standby power consumption of less than 75mW.

CX7502A have output line loss compensation function, which can be adjusted by adjusting the Fb divider resistance value. In addition, the unique PWM/PFM working mode of the chip minimizes audio energy and eliminates audio noise throughout the entire load.

CX7502A provides a good design platform for cost-effective flyback switching power supply systems that require ultra-low standby power consumption, and is very suitable for applications that meet Level 6 energy efficiency and the European energy-saving standard Eur2.0
