
CX75TS06A is a high‑performance secondary‑side synchronous rectification controller for switching power supplies. For low‑voltage high‑current switching power supply applications, it easily meets Level‑VI energy‑efficiency requirements and acts as an ideal solution for rectifier devices with ultra‑low forward voltage drop. The chip supports switching frequencies up to 150 kHz and is compatible with switching power supply operating modes including CCM, QR and DCM. The power loss generated by its extremely low forward voltage drop is much lower than the conduction loss of Schottky diodes, which greatly improves system conversion efficiency and significantly reduces the temperature of rectifier components.
CX75TS06A integrates a high‑voltage NMOSFET synchronous rectifier switch with ultra‑low on‑resistance, capable of supporting system output current up to 5 A. It determines its switching state by sensing the source‑drain voltage of the internal MOSFET, and is compatible with flyback converters working in continuous‑conduction, discontinuous‑conduction and quasi‑resonant modes.
CX75TS06A adopts proprietary self‑powered technology, which ensures the chip avoids undervoltage operation under both constant‑current and constant‑voltage operating conditions of the primary‑side control system.
