
CX75TD10A is a high‑performance secondary‑side synchronous rectification controller for switching power supplies. For low‑voltage high‑current switching power supply applications, it easily meets Level‑VI energy‑efficiency requirements and serves as an ideal solution for ultra‑low forward‑voltage‑drop rectifiers. The chip supports switching frequencies up to 150 kHz and is compatible with switching‑power‑supply operating modes including CCM, QR and DCM. Losses caused by its extremely low forward voltage drop are far lower than those of Schottky diodes, which significantly improves system conversion efficiency and greatly reduces the temperature of rectifier components.
CX75TD10A integrates a high‑voltage NMOSFET synchronous rectifier switch with ultra‑low on‑resistance, supporting system output current up to 5 A. It determines switching status by sensing the source‑drain voltage of the built‑in MOSFET, and is compatible with flyback converters operating in CCM, DCM and QR modes.
CX75TD10A adopts proprietary self‑powered technology, ensuring the chip operates free of undervoltage conditions under both constant‑current and constant‑voltage working states of the primary‑side control system.
