Overview

The CX8853L is a buck DC‑DC converter with 30V input withstand voltage, capable of precise constant‑voltage (CV) and constant‑current (CC) regulation.

CX8853L integrates a 25 mΩ high‑side NMOS and a 25 mΩ low‑side NMOS, supporting 3A continuous output current with adjustable output voltage and a maximum duty cycle of 95%.

CX8853L delivers excellent load transient response and input voltage transient response. Its accurate CV and CC control loops achieve ultra‑low load regulation and line regulation.

CX8853L requires no external compensation. Constant‑current and constant‑voltage regulation are realized via its internal stable control loop, and cable voltage drop compensation is also built‑in.

CX8853L is a constant‑voltage constant‑current buck DC‑DC converter featuring minimal external components, outstanding performance and high stability & reliability.
