Summary:

CX75GD015E is a high-frequency and high-performance quasi-resonant AC-DC conversion power switch with integrated high-voltage GaNFET power device, which is applied to isolated flyback switching power supply with high performance, low standby power, low cost and high efficiency within 65W.

The working frequency of CX75GD015E can reach 200KHZ at most, and it can work in quasi-resonant mode in the whole range. Under light load, it will work in burst mode to improve efficiency, minimize the tone energy below 23kHz, and eliminate audio noise during operation.

CX75GD015E integrates complete protection functions, including: Vcc undervoltage protection (UVLO),Vcc overvoltage protection (Vcc_OVP), input undervoltage protection (Brown in), input overvoltage protection (Brown out), output overvoltage protection (VO_OVP), FB open and short circuit protection, secondary side SR short circuit protection, CS open and short circuit protection, etc.

CX75GD015E provides excellent electromagnetic interference performance, and provides a good design platform for a cost-effective flyback switching power supply system that requires ultra-low standby power consumption.
