BYD-Han Series Dual USB-A Port Car Charging Module with CX8576Q

This is a BYD-Han series dual USB-A port car charging module, this car charger uses CX8576Q, an automotive grade synchronous buck converter CX8576Q + fast charging protocol chip CX2601, support for fast charging output, the actual test support FCP, AFC, QC3.0 fast charging, to meet the fast charging needs of mainstream Android phones. This car charger has a built-in CX8576Q automotive grade synchronous buck converter, which is a 36V input withstand voltage, 4.8A output current synchronous buck converter that meets AEC-Q100 automotive grade certification. The chip has an internal integrated power MOS, supports external current limit setting, programmable switching frequency, and built-in adjustable line loss compensation. The chip is equipped with constant voltage and constant current control and cycle-by-cycle current limiting, and is packaged in a QFN5*5-20L package.

The USB-A port protocol chip adopts CX2601 in SOT23-6 package, which is a multi-protocol fast-charging protocol chip that can automatically switch the applicable fast-charging protocol for the connected device, supporting Huawei FCP fast-charging, Samsung AFC fast-charging, QC3.0 and QC2.0 fast-charging, and Apple 2.4A charging.CX2601 also supports the high-voltage fast-charging function through EN pin control, which is more flexible in application. The CX2601 also supports the control of high-voltage fast charging via the EN pin, which makes the application more flexible. The chip supports fast charging adapter, car charging, mobile power and other applications.

This dual USB-A port car charger from BYD is a front-loading design with a black housing that is secured to the cover using a carabiner, and the housing is also secured with a carabiner for easy assembly. The car charger uses a pin connection for power supply, and provides two USB-A fast charging ports, built-in indicator lights to facilitate the search for the location of the car charger, and supports fast charging output, to meet the fast charging needs of mainstream brands of Android phones.
