High cost performance 20W PD solution, CX7527/CX7520C+CX7539+CX2919C chip scheme combination providing demo board testing and samples.

Adopting a streamlined peripheral design, small size, built-in MOS transistor, and high integration, it is a rare 20W PD fast charging solution.


The main control power supply adopts CX7527, which has the following characteristics:

The synchronous rectification chip adopts CX7539, which is a high-performance synchronous rectification control circuit on the secondary side of a switching power supply. In low voltage and high current switching power supply applications, it easily meets level 6 energy efficiency and is an ideal solution for ultra-low conduction voltage drop rectification devices.


The CX7539 can support switching frequency applications up to 150kHz, as well as switching power supply operating mode applications such as CCM/QR/DCM. Its extremely low conduction voltage drop generates losses much smaller than the conduction losses of Schottky diodes, greatly improving the conversion efficiency of the system and significantly reducing the temperature of rectifier components.


CX7539 is a built-in high-voltage NMOSFET synchronous rectifier switch with extremely low internal resistance, which can provide system output of up to 4A or more applications; The IC determines the switching state of integrated MOSFETs by detecting their source and drain voltages, and is compatible with flyback converters in continuous mode, discontinuous, and quasi resonant operating modes.


The CX7539 adopts unique VDD power supply technology, which can ensure that the chip will not operate under voltage in both constant current and constant voltage operating states of the primary control system.


The main features of this solution are:

1. Input voltage range 90VAC~264VAC

2. Input standby power consumption below 75mW @ 230VAC

3. The total output power is 20W with a single C port (5VDC/3.0A, 9VDC/2.22A, 12VDC/1.67A)
