Development of a 65W gallium nitride fast charging solution, with 1A1C dual ports and a single USB-C port supporting 65W output, which can power laptops. The USB-A port supports 18W fast charging output, meeting the charging needs of traditional devices.

The USB-A port supports charging protocols such as FCP, SCP, AFC, QC3.0, Apple2.4A, and Samsung 5V2A.

The USB-C port supports FCP, SCP, AFC, QC3.0, PD3.0, PPS, Apple2.4A, and Samsung 5V2A charging protocols.

The USB-C port supports five fixed voltage ranges of 5V3A, 9V3A, 12V3A, 15V3A, and 20V3.25A, as well as one PPS voltage range of 3.3-21V3.25A.


This 65W gallium nitride charger adopts a flyback switching power supply design with synchronous rectification. The primary switch adopts GaN Systems gallium nitride devices, and the power supply has a fixed voltage output. The output voltage is output through two independent step-down circuits, which can adjust the output voltage according to load requirements and support automatic power distribution.


The primary control chip uses CX1342, which is a highly integrated quasi resonant flyback controller chip suitable for designing high-performance offline flyback switching power supplies. The internal integration of high-voltage startup circuits can reduce no-load power consumption to less than 30mW; This is a high-frequency primary PWM controller packaged with SOP-9, with built-in active X2 capacitor discharge and multiple comprehensive protection functions; Mainly used for PD fast charging power supply applications within 33W-100W.


The synchronous rectification adopts CX7601, which is a high-performance synchronous rectification control circuit on the secondary side of a switching power supply. In low voltage and high current switching power supply applications, it easily meets 6-level energy efficiency and is an ideal solution for ultra-low conduction voltage drop rectification devices; The chip can support switching frequency applications up to 150kHz, as well as switching power supply operating modes such as CCM/QR/DCM. Its extremely low conduction voltage drop produces much less loss than the conduction loss of Schottky diodes, greatly improving the conversion efficiency of the system and significantly reducing the temperature of rectifier components.


The synchronous rectifier tube adopts CX010N06, NMOS, with a withstand voltage of 100V, a conductivity of 13m Ω, and a PPAK5x6 package.


The USB PD fast charging protocol chip adopts CX2965AC, which supports QC2.0/3.0, PD3.0 including PPS protocol, Apple 2.4A, and USB BC1
