63W dual port PD fast charging, compatible with QC3.0 car charging: It is a dual circuit car charging solution that supports USB PD and QC3.0, with a total power of 63W.

USB-A supports QC3.0 fast charging with a maximum power of 18W.

The USB-C port supports PD protocol for fast charging, with a maximum power of up to 45W.

The PDO message shows that the USB-C port also supports the USB PD3.0 fast charging standard, with five fixed voltage ranges of 5V3A, 9V3A, 12V3A, 15V3A, and 20V2.25A, as well as two PPS voltage ranges of 3.3-11V/3A and 3.3-20V/2.25A.

The C port of the 1A1C 63W intelligent fast charging vehicle adopts an independent up/down CX8838B, which is controlled by the protocol chip CX2965C for output. The A port adopts the design architecture of an integrated buck chip CX8830 to complete the QC3.0 fast charging function.

The 63WDC dual C port scheme has two input channels. The USB-C port is boosted and lowered by a voltage controller paired with four NMOSs, and protocol fast charging is achieved through CX2965C. The USB-C port can achieve 45W fast charging output; The USB-A port achieves 18W QC fast charging, which has high integration and only requires a small number of devices, effectively simplifying the circuit and reducing costs and has a high overall cost-effectiveness.
