Hoco's 30W 1A1C fast charging has a maximum output power of 30W, which can meet the fast charging needs of new iPhone 13 users. It provides the development of a 30W PD solution. Hoco 30W 1A1C fast charging supports a maximum output of 30W fast charging, and is compatible with fast charging protocols such as QC, PD, and PPS. It can well meet the fast charging needs of Apple's iPhone 13 tablet, and other devices. Model: N21

The charger has passed CE, RoHS, CP, AEC certification, as well as VI level energy efficiency certification.

Using ChargerLAB POWER-Z KT002, it was tested that the USB-A port supports Apple 2.4A, Samsung 5V2A, DCP protocols, as well as QC2.0/3.0, AFC, and FCP fast charging protocols.

Additionally, using KT002, it was found that the USB-C port supports QC2.0/3.0, AFC, FCP, PD3.0, and PPS fast charging protocols.


We can clearly see from the disassembly of the 30W fast charging that the main control chip of the switching power supply adopts CX7530C, which integrates a flyback controller of 650V switch transistor, and internally integrates a 0.65 Ω super silicon switch transistor. It has a built-in soft start function, slope compensation, and supports intelligent jitter technology to optimize EMI, with ultra-low no-load power consumption.


Under full load, the chip operates at a fixed frequency of 65KHz, which decreases as the load decreases. It enters interval mode under light or no load, and can output 33W power under wide input voltage. The internal switch tube has a large area of exposed copper and tin heat dissipation, reducing temperature rise.


The CX7530C supports extremely comprehensive and high-performance intelligent protection functions, including cycle by cycle overcurrent protection, overload protection, soft start, chip overheating protection, power supply undervoltage and overvoltage protection. The chip operates without audio noise and is packaged in SOP8, suitable for low-power and high reliability switching power supplies such as PD fast charging adapters and smart small household appliances.


The CX7530C+CX7538D solution was launched as early as March this year to meet the demand of the 30W fast charging market.


The secondary synchronous rectification chip adopts CX7538D, which integrates a 100V withstand voltage and 10m Ω synchronous rectification tube internally. It supports CCM/QR/DCM working mode, with a maximum working frequency of 200KHz and low static current. Compared with traditional Schottky rectification methods it can improve efficiency by 2-6% and support 3A output current.


The CX7538D supports a wide voltage output of 3.3-20V, requiring only one capacitor on the periphery, and meeting the six level energy efficiency requirements with low static current.


The output VBUS switch adopts CX3419, PMOS transistor, withstand voltage of 30V, DFN3x3 packaging
