CX8571 Overview:
CX8571 is a step-down PWM controller that can drive dual output 8A (4A+4A) load current. The design allows CX8571 to operate within a wide input voltage range of 9V to 40V. By lowering the logic level of the COMP/EN pin, the external shutdown function is achieved and the standby mode is entered. External compensation enables the feedback control loop to have good line voltage adjustment rate and load adjustment rate, and the peripheral design is flexible.
CX8571 can operate in CC (constant current output) or CV (constant voltage output) modes, and the overcurrent protection (OCP) current value can be set through external current detection resistance.
CX8571 is suitable for DC/DC switching power supplies with limited current requirements. The chip is packaged in MSOP10 and requires fewer external devices.
