CXW has launched a 27W PD fast charging solution. CX7527+CX7439+HUSB339 supports 5V/3.0A, 9V/3.0A, and 12V/2.25A, with a total output power of 27W. It provides DEMO board testing and technical support.


CX7527+CX7439+HUSB338L/HUSB339 Main features:

Overview of high-performance and low-power switching power supply control chip CX7527:

Overview:

CX7527 is a current mode PWM control chip with a built-in 650V high-voltage power MOSFET, suitable for solutions with power up to 30W. The CX7527 operates in PWM mode at a fixed switching frequency, which is precisely set internally. When unloaded or lightly loaded, the operating frequency is adjusted internally by the IC. The chip can operate in green mode to reduce losses during light loads and improve the overall efficiency of the machine. During startup and operation, only a small current is required, and a large resistor can be used in the startup circuit to further reduce power consumption during standby. The chip is equipped with a slope compensation circuit, which avoids the occurrence of subharmonic oscillation and improves the stability of the system when the circuit operates at a high duty cycle. The built-in leading edge blanking time eliminates the impact of diode reverse recovery current in the buffer network on the circuit. The use of frequency jitter technology can effectively improve the EMI performance of the system. The frequency hopping of the system is set above audio (22KHz), which can avoid system noise during operation. Built in multiple protections, including cycle by cycle current limiting protection (OCP), overload protection (OLP), overvoltage protection (VDD OVP), VDD overvoltage clamping, undervoltage protection (UVLO), over temperature protection (OTP), etc. The internal totem pole drive structure can better improve the system's EMI characteristics and switch soft start control.

Introduction to the high-performance switching power supply secondary synchronous rectification chip CX7439:

CX7439 is a high-performance synchronous rectification control circuit for the secondary side of a switching power supply. In low voltage and high current switching power supply applications, it easily meets the 6-level energy efficiency and is an ideal solution for ultra-low conduction voltage drop rectifier devices. The chip can support switching frequency applications up to 150kHz, as well as switching power supply operating mode applications such as CCM/QR/DCM. Its extremely low conduction voltage drop generates much less loss than the conduction loss of Schottky diodes, greatly improving the conversion efficiency of the system and significantly reducing the temperature of rectifier devices.


The chip is equipped with a built-in NMOSFET synchronous rectifier switch with a withstand voltage of 100V, and has extremely low internal resistance. The typical RdsON is as low as 11m Ω, which can provide system output up to 3A applications; It also has built-in high-voltage direct detection technology, with a withstand voltage of up to 200V; And with a power supply voltage of up to 30V, the controller can directly use an output voltage of up to 24V for rectification applications, greatly expanding the range of use.

The highly integrated circuit design makes the peripheral circuits of the chip extremely simple. In QC and PD 5V/9V/12V applications, only one capacitor needs to be paired to build a complete synchronous rectification application system.
