CX9427 Overview:

CX9427 chip is a current mode boost (BOOST) chip with automatic frequency regulation of 600KHz, high efficiency, and wide input range, and has high efficiency synchronous boost function and adjustable current limiting function. The power chip is fully integrated into a low internal resistance 20A power MOSFET, which can achieve high power output while greatly simplifying external circuit design and achieving low power consumption and high efficiency power switching. Users can flexibly establish dynamic loops through external compensation to achieve optimal transient performance under all conditions.

CX9427 chip also includes undervoltage latch, overcurrent protection, and over temperature protection to prevent damage in the event of output overload.

CX9427 is a high-efficiency synchronous boost driver chip:

7.4V to 12V 2A, with an efficiency of up to 95% and a stable output of up to 4A (typical value)

12V to 24V 2A, with an efficiency of up to 94% and a stable output of up to 4A (typical value)
