Summary:
CX7539 is a high-performance synchronous rectification control circuit for the secondary side of a switching power supply. In low voltage and high current switching power supply applications, it easily meets the 6-level energy efficiency and is an ideal solution for ultra-low conduction voltage drop rectifier devices.
CX7539 supports switching frequency applications up to 150kHz, as well as switching power supply operating modes such as CCM/QR/DCM. Its extremely low conduction voltage drop produces much less loss than the conduction loss of Schottky diodes, greatly improving the conversion efficiency of the system and significantly reducing the temperature of rectifier devices.
CX7539 is a built-in high-voltage NMOSFET synchronous rectifier switch with extremely low internal resistance which can provide system output of up to 4A or more applications; The IC determines the switching state of integrated MOSFETs by detecting their source and drain voltages, and is compatible with flyback converters in continuous mode, discontinuous, and quasi resonant operating modes.
CX7539 adopts unique VDD power supply technology, which can ensure that the chip will not operate under voltage in both constant current and constant voltage operating states of the primary control system.
