Summary:
CX7601 is a high-performance synchronous rectification control circuit for the secondary side of a switching power supply. In low voltage and high current switching power supply applications, it easily meets 6-level energy efficiency and is an ideal solution for ultra-low conduction voltage drop rectification devices.
CX760 chip can support switching frequency applications up to 150kHz, as well as switching power supply operating mode applications such as CCM/QR/DCM. Its extremely low conduction voltage drop generates much less loss than the conduction loss of Schottky diodes, greatly improving the conversion efficiency of the system and significantly reducing the temperature of rectifier devices.
CX7601 high current totem pole drive output with voltage clamping can be directly used to drive external MOSFET devices, up to 1A peak current. The drive capability can ensure that external high current MOSFET devices can be quickly turned on and off, obtaining excellent conversion efficiency; The output voltage clamping function ensures that the gate is still safe and reliable under high supply voltage.
The highly integrated circuit design makes the peripheral circuits of the chip extremely simple, and a complete switching power supply output synchronous rectification application can be constructed with only one MOSFET.
