This is an ultra-thin 20W A+C dual port PD fast charging model. The biscuit charger is equipped with a built-in flat transformer and all internal components adopt a miniaturized design. It comes with a complete combination of CX7527+CX7538B+CX2919AC, which can meet the ultra-thin appearance design of the charger. It is small in size, lightweight and portable, and can meet users' daily fast charging needs. It can also balance laptop and mobile phone charging.

Using ChargerLAB Power-Z KT002, it was tested that the USB-C port supports Apple 2.4A, Samsung 5V2A, and DCP protocols, as well as QC2.0/3.0, AFC, FCP, and PD3.0 fast charging protocols.


The PDO message shows that the USB-C port also has three fixed voltage ranges: 5V3A, 9V2.22A, and 12V1.67A.


The main control chip of the 20W A+C dual port PD fast charging switching power supply adopts CX7527. The CX7527X is a high-performance multi-mode PWM flyback controller, which is convenient for users to design high-performance AC/DC conversion switching power supplies with fewer peripheral components and lower system costs.


The CX7527X provides extremely comprehensive and high-performance intelligent protection functions, including cycle by cycle overcurrent protection, overload protection, soft start, chip over temperature protection, VDD undervoltage locking protection, and VDD overvoltage locking protection.


The CX7527X chip has the function of automatically identifying the size of the load and adjusting the working mode. Under full load or heavy load conditions, the chip operates at a fixed frequency of 65KHz. When the load is reduced, the working frequency of the chip decreases, effectively reducing switch losses. When the load is in extremely light or empty load conditions, the chip is in interval mode.


The CX7527X is equipped with intelligent frequency jitter technology, which not only reduces the electromagnetic interference generated by the system in frequency reduction mode, but also effectively reduces output ripple. The unique working mode of the chip minimizes audio energy and eliminates audio noise.


The synchronous rectification chip adopts CX7538X, which is a high-performance synchronous rectification control circuit on the secondary side of a switching power supply. In low voltage and high current switching power supply applications, it easily meets level 6 energy efficiency and is an ideal solution for ultra-low conduction voltage drop rectification devices. It also supports switching power supply operating modes such as CCM/QR/DCM, and the loss generated by its extremely low conduction voltage drop is much smaller than the conduction loss of Schottky diodes, This greatly improves the conversion efficiency of the system and significantly reduces the temperature of the rectifier devices.


The CX7538X chip is equipped with a high-voltage NMOSFET synchronous rectifier switch and has extremely low internal resistance, which can provide system output of up to 4A or more applications; The IC determines the switching state of integrated MOSFETs by detecting their source and drain voltages, and is compatible with flyback operation in continuous, discontinuous, and quasi resonant modes
