CX7525 is a high-performance synchronous rectification control circuit for the secondary side of a switching power supply. CX7525 chip can support switching frequency applications up to 150kHz, as well as switching power supply operating mode applications such as CCM/QR/DCM. CX7525 is a built-in high-voltage NMOSFET synchronous rectifier switch with extremely low internal resistance, which can provide system output up to 4A; The IC determines the switching state of integrated MOSFETs by detecting their source and drain voltages, and is compatible with flyback converters in continuous mode, discontinuous, and quasi resonant operating modes.
